Electrocuted At Plant.
Hagerstown, Aug. 5. — Elmer Giffin, 27, of Samples Manor, Md., was electrocuted today when a switch at the Washington Building and Lime Company, at Bakerton, W. Va., where he was working, was accidentally cut on. He was installing an incline at the time. He is survived by his widow and two children.
