By her will dated August 28, 1917, Mrs. Annie M. Welsh, who died at her home at Bakerton November 18, left one dollar to each of her children. Then in addition to the dollar left to her son, W. Franklin Welsh, she left to him her home and all of its furnishings. The will stated the son favored with most of the property had cared for her in her declining years, and it was to recompense him that he was given more than the other children. J. S. Reinhart and C. D. Carter signed the will as witnesses.
