That I am a subject of Victoria, Queen of Great Brittain and Ireland, owing allegiance to that monarch, and none other, that I migrated from Ireland to the United States on the 15th day of August 1851, and that I intend to settle myself in the County of Jefferson &#8212; State of Virginia, one of the United States. Given under my hand this 27th day of October 1854.
