Va., May 12\u2013 Mr. Thomas Welsh, an employee of the Standard Lime and Stone Company, at Bakerton, was seriously injured by the explosion of a blast at their quarry yesterday. One arm and one leg were broken and he was otherwise badly injured.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dwelling house of Mr. Israel B.
