It is a bridge of four arches, each 175 feet span, and will have two path ways for wagons, &amp;c. We are not judges of such matters, but have been informed by a gentleman of Harper&#8217;s Ferry, that one of the principal Engineers engaged in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal location, pronounced it one of the best constructed bridges, in its proportions of timber, &amp;c.  that he had noticed in the scope of his travels.
