Cripple Killed Near Harpers Ferry.

Harpers Ferry, W. Va., March 2.— Passenger train No. 8 on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad struck and killed a white man named Graham this morning, just west of this place. He had only one leg, and had been working in a cooper shop at Bakerton, but was without any settled habitation. His remains were turned over to the Jefferson County authorities for interment.
