Our vicinity was saddened by the news on Sunday of the death of Miss Gustave Stickles at Bakerton, W. Va. She was the youngest daughter of Joseph Stickles, of this county. Gussie was a bright girl of 17 years, who a few days ago was among us in the best of health, but when stricken with typhoid fever she lasted only a week. Her remains were brought to Ebenezer and buried among her kindred. The floral offerings from her friends were lovely.
