CHARLESTOWN, W. Va., Feb. 6 – Mr. G. M. Beltzhoover, special commissioner, sold a tract of 83 ⅛ acres of land belonging to John Moler, in Jefferson county, near Bakerton, to Mr. Turnbull, at public auction, for $29.25 per acre.
