An eastbound fast freight train on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad was wrecked at Engle’s Switch Sunday morning. Seventeen cars were piled up, and much valuable merchandise, consisting of lard, packed in barrels and buckets, and meat, were strewn over the meadowland below.
