Mr. Frank Clopper, who was so seriously injured in the recent railroad accident at Dust’s Crossing, is now in a fair way to recover. He is now under the care of Dr. I. S. Tanner, of Shepherdstown, one of the most skillful surgeons of this section, assisted by Dr. Schaeffer, of Keller. The Odd Fellows of Shepherdstown have been rendering him aid, as he is a member of that order.
