I wish to advise you that I am vacating the house that I rent from you. There are several persons interested in renting this house, also a few are interested in buying same. If at any time I can be of service to you in either of these transactions I will be very glad to do so. I and my father both wish to thank you for the Courtesy extended each of us. I am vacating at my earliest convenience, and you can have possession Oct; 1st; 1944, or sooner. I will advise you when I have vacated.
