Our London correspondent says the New York News, says that instructions have been, or will be, immediately sent to the British Minister at Washington to ask of our Government an explanation of its conduct in the matter of the Fenians; and, he also says, that the English people demand that the United States shall either suppress all public demonstration of the Brotherhood in this country, or accept the alternative of war.
