Permission was given the Washington Building Lime Company, of Bakerton, to lay a tramway across the Harper’s Ferry and Shepherdstown road at Flanagan’s quarry, the company agreeing to protect the county from any damages that might be inflicted on persons or property by the reason of the improvement desired.
