Mr. Dineen Welsh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Welsh, of Bakerton, and Miss Dorothy Webb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Browny Webb, of Millville, were married Saturday evening, March 22, 1940, at Berryville, Va., by the Rev. Mr. Lyons. Both Mr. and Mrs. Welsh attended Harpers Ferry High School. Mr. Welsh graduated in 1938 and is now employed by the county driving a school bus.
