Mr. Wm. H. Link, of Duffields, who has been a subscriber to the REGISTER for a good many years, called to see us on Monday. Mr. Link expects to move with his family to Martinsburg, where he will superintend a new lime plant just completed by the Washington Building Lime Company. We are sorry to lose him and his family from Jefferson county, but we have the satisfaction of knowing that Berkeley will probably go Democratic.
