Charged with Forgery.

Charlestown, W. Va., Aug. 16.— A warrant has been issued for the arrest of R. G. Ramey, alias Martin, and Henson, residing near Bakerton, this county. It is charged that he has for some months been operating in and about Charlestown, forging checks and money orders. Among his alleged victims in this city are the Palm Hotel and J. F. Sechrist, who cashed checks for small amounts. He has not yet been arrested.
