Died, at his home in Cumberland Wednesday, after a lingering illness Michael Higgins, a B. & O. R. R. employee. He was formerly a foreman of the Winchester branch and lived in Halltown. Surviving him are a daughter, Mrs. Maggie McKenzie, and two sons all residing in Cumberland. Edward Higgins, of this place, and Patrick Higgins, of Sandy Hook are brothers. His wife was Miss Lizzie Boler who died a few months since.
