E. M. Miskimmon, a druggist of Harper’s Ferry, was arrested and tried last Friday on a warrant sworn out before Justice C. F. Gallaher by Mr. S. W. Bratt, superintendent of the Washington Building Lime Company of Bakerton, charging Miskimmon with assault and threats to kill and carrying a revolver. Miskimmon pleaded guilty and was fined $25 and put under a bond of $500 to keep the peace.
