This day came the parties by their attornies and thereupon come a Jury to wit, Francis Yates, Joseph F. Abell, John Wright, Jacob H. Manning, Benjamin Wiltshire, George Ware, John Sharff, John Downey, Samuel Vanvacter, William Grove, George Isler, and Elis Arnold, who being elected, tried and sworn the truth to speak upon the same issue joined within oath do say “We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and assess the damages at the two hundred dollars — William Grove, foreman,” Therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plaintiff recover against the defendant his damages assessed as aforesaid, and his costs by him about his suit in this behalf expended. And the said defendant may be taken.
