CAUTION.– All persons are hereby notified that a due bill in favor of James Flanigan, for two hundred and forty-two dollars and forty-eight cents, dated in January or February, 1843, and signed by Wm. Easby; also, a promissory note, payable to James Flanigan or order, drawn and dated on the 22d day of May, 1844 for $474 15, and signed by Wm. Easby, have been given in error, and will not be paid until a final settlement shall be had with said Flanigan, and the money be found to be due him. WM. EASBY. Oct. 14. The Charlestown (Va.)
