Great excitement is occasioned, both in England and Ireland, at the passage, in the House of ords, of what is called the “Irish Enforcement Bill.”– It places discretionary power in the Lord Lieutenant, to disperse, by the aid of the military, all assemblages of the people which he may deem unlawful. The ministry will persevere in their rudeness towards that ill-fated country, until they excite a Revolution which will end in the dismemberment of the “United Kingdom.”
