The body of John Cogle, of Harpers-Ferry, was lately found in the Potomac, below what is called the Bull Ring. He had been missing eight weeks. His thigh was broken, and he had several bruises on his head. He has left a wife and six children, in needy circumstances.
The body of a stranger was also found, last Sunday, in the Shenandoah, near Harpers-Ferry.
