[…] Mr. J. P. Ingle presented a memorial from Easby & Hanly, and one from James Flanagan and Samuel Knott, asking that the rate of tolls for the transportation of lime-stone and cord-wood on he canal may not be increased. The memorials were read and ordered to lie upon the table.
On a motion by Mr. George Watterston, it was ordered that the proceedings of the stockholders in their general meetings held in April and in the present month of May, be published in the National Intelligencer.
