License to celebrate the rites of marriage in this State is granted to Rev’d A. Van DeVyver (Catholic Priest) within this State on complying with the Law. Whereupon the said A. Van DeVyver with Edw. Tearney, his security, executed and acknowledged a bond in the sum of $1500.00 with condition according to Law and admittal in due form is granted him.
