The regular May term of the Circuit Court for Jefferson county began in Charles Town on Tuesday, with Judge E. Boyd Faulkner on the bench. Judge Faulkner delivered the usual charge to the grand jury, which was composed of the following persons: W. G. Baters, foreman; W. P. Licklider, C.S. Billmyer, Warren HUnter, Geo. B.
